“My Awkward Senpai” Anime Announced (Teaser Visual)

The anime adaptation of "My Awkward Senpai" was announced recently, along with a teaser visual and promotional video. The series is based on the romantic comedy manga by Makoto Kudo, which originally started as a webcomic before being serialized in Square Enix's Young Gangan magazine.

The teaser visual features the main character, Azusa Kannawa, who is voiced by Lynn. Azusa is depicted with a serious expression, highlighting her strict and disciplined nature, but also hinting at her clumsy and softer side. The visual sets the tone for the series, which revolves around Azusa, a somewhat awkward senpai, and her interactions with her cute and nerdy kouhai, Yu Kamegawa.

The anime will be directed by Ayumu Kotake, with Mio Inoue handling the script and series composition. Kenro Tokuda is the character designer, and Koji Fujimoto will compose the music.
